If purchasing original pieces, commissioned artwork, or limited editions, the shipping cost is determined by the packing material and shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges & Returns

Original pieces, commissioned artwork, or limited editions are final sale.

I accept exchanges and returns for functional wares within 30 days of receipt. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with me within 7 days of receipt with photos, and we can arrange a refund or exchange.

To start the process, whether the item arrived damaged or isn't the right fit, please reach out via the contact form. Let me know if you’d like to exchange it for a new piece or receive a refund. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.

For refunds and exchanges, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition (if applicable) and, if possible, in their original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Refunds are normally processed within 7-10 business days.
